Is the venue accessible?
The Redcliffe Entertainment Centre is an inclusive venue that aims to offer services and facilities that enable all patrons to attend. To book wheelchair or restricted mobility seating, visit the Box Office during opening hours or call (07) 3480 6280.

Can I use my Companion Card?
Companion cards are accepted on most events. If an event does not accept companion cards, a "No free tickets" disclaimer will appear next to the event. To book with a companion card, contact the Box Office or call (07) 3480 6280.

How can I book a restricted mobility seat?
Seating is available for patrons with restricted mobility / wheelchairs in A row of the theatre. These seats cannot be booked online. Contact the Box Office to book. Please note that seating in A row is general admission only, i.e. you will not be issued a seat number.

Is there a lift?
There is no lift inside the theatre. A ramp is available to enter the theatre from the main foyer. All seats within the theatre are accessed by stairs, except Row A.

Parking
Where is the best place to park?
Substantial free parking is available at the rear of the venue via Irene Street. View parking information.

Do you have accessible parking spaces?
Yes, the venue is disabled and wheelchair friendly. Limited accessible parking is available outside the front of the venue. Accessible parking is also available at the rear of the venue with ramps leading around to the front doors.

Tickets
How do I book tickets online?
- Once you have selected your event, hit the 'Book now' button
- Select your preferred date
- Choose your seats from the map below or ask us to pick seats for you
- Enter your promo code here if you have one
- As you select your seats, you’ll be asked to select your ticket type - i.e. Adult, Concession, Child etc
- To receive family ticket prices you must have 4 or more seats selected
- To receive group ticket prices you must have 10 or more seats selected
- Once you have finished selecting your seats and ticket types - Add to cart
- Either continue shopping for the same or another event or
- Go to Checkout
- Sign in or sign up with your email and password
- Add your details
- Select your delivery method
- (If you have a voucher, enter and redeem it here)
- Enter your card details
- Confirm you have read the terms and conditions
- Complete order

I'm having trouble booking my ticket. Who can I contact?
If experiencing any difficulty booking your ticket online, call (07) 3480 6280 to receive assistance to book over the phone. Alternatively you can visit the Box Office during opening hours to book in person.

Who is eligible for a concession?
Unless otherwise stated, concession tickets are available to:
- Children over 2 years if no child price is available (normally children are considered 2-12 years)
- Full time students
- Pension card holders
- Seniors card holders
- DVA card holders

I can no longer attend the performance. Can I get a refund or exchange?
It is a condition of sale that there are no refunds, cancellations or exchanges once your booking has been finalised.

I've lost my ticket. What can I do?
Contact the Box Office on (07) 3480 6280. A reprint fee may apply.

Can I show my ticket on my phone?
Yes. If you selected a "Print at Home" ticket, this can be shown via your smartphone.

Do you offer gift certificates?
Yes. Visit Ticket Sales to purchase your gift certificate. Alternatively you can purchase a gift certificate over the phone or at the Box Office.

What payment methods are available?
Ticket payments can be made online or over the phone with credit card (Master or Visa) or in person via EFTPOS, cash or cheque.

Do you charge transaction fees?
Transaction fees apply to bookings made online or by phone. Online bookings are charged a 86160 fee per transaction and phone bookings are charged 86158 per transaction. No transaction fee applies when booking via the Box Office.

Venue information
Is there a cafe or bar?
Yes. The Redcliffe Entertainment Centre offers a cafe, bar and wine bar (open for selected events). Visit Cafe and bar for more information.

Do you have ATMs?
No. there is no ATM within the venue and there is no cash out from the Box Office.

I've left something behind. Who do I contact?
If you believe you have left something behind, contact us on (07) 3480 6280 or email info@redcliffeentertainmentcentre.com.au with a description of the item so we can check lost property.

Do you still screen movies?
Currently the venue does not screen regular films. Keep an eye on our What's on page to stay up to date with our upcoming events.

Can I call after hours?
The Box Office can be reached during normal opening hours on (07) 3480 6280. The Box Office will be open 90 minutes before and during a show, but no direct phone access is available.

Show information
What time should I arrive before my show?
The venue is open 90 minutes before a performance. The theatre doors will generally open 20 to 30 minutes before the start time.

Can I bring food and drink into the theatre?
Drinks purchased from the bar, coffee in take-away cups and cold snacks can be taken into the auditorium. Hot food is not permitted into the theatre. Food is not allowed to be brought into the venue.

Can I bring a pram or walker into the theatre?
Prams and walkers can be brought into the theatre if seated in A row, when safe to do so and at the Duty Manager's discretion. Alternatively both items can be left outside the theatre doors in the mid-foyer.
