Murphy's Pigs: Triskele

Next date: Saturday, 27 February 2027 | 07:00 PM to 09:30 PM

Murphy’s Pigs, Australia’s irrepressible Celtic-rock big band, is hitting the road with Triskele — a high-energy celebration of Celtic music, song, dance and storytelling.

From a four-piece group formed in 2006 to perform in France, Murphy’s Pigs has grown into a multi-award-winning 16-piece ensemble, bringing together musicians and dancers for a show that is big, lively and unmistakably their own.

Triskele draws on the music and traditions of the Celtic world, from Ireland and Scotland to Wales, Cornwall, the Isle of Man, Brittany, Spain and beyond. Expect rousing traditional songs, contemporary favourites, original gems, stirring ballads and plenty of opportunities to sing along.

Integral to the ensemble are the award-winning dancers, The Piglets, bringing energy and precision to the stage, adding another dimension to the music and mayhem.

Murphy’s Pigs are multiple Australian Celtic Music Award winners, back-to-back People’s Choice winners at the 2024 and 2025 Australian Folk Music Awards and were honoured in 2024 by the Celtic Council of Australia for their promotion of Celtic culture.

Come for the music, stay for the mischief, and experience Triskele.
