Let’s raise the roof with local talent at a free afternoon of live music. This event features a Young Musicians showcase, Songwriters’ Showcase and wraps up with the City Sings Concert where everyone’s invited to join in.

2.30pm-3.30pm - Young Musicians showcase: catch a variety of local bands and musicians aged 12-25yrs sharing original music made right here in City of Moreton Bay

3.45pm-4.45pm – Songwriters’ Showcase: be the first to hear new music composed and performed by local songwriters and musicians following the citywide Songwriters’ Intensive

City Sings Concert

6pm-7.30pm – People all around City of Moreton Bay have been learning group songs to present at this special concert. Along with these group performances, everyone is invited to sing along in a “whole audience” segment with our experienced facilitators. Come along, add your singing voice to the ensemble, and experience the joy of song. Together, we’ll build confidence, share laughter, and discover the power of singing.

To be part of the City Sings concert onstage, you can book into the City Sings workshop series which runs from late April to early June. There are four workshop locations across the city. At each location you will learn three songs and have the opportunity to sing onstage with other participants at the City Sings concert. moretonbay.link/city-sings
