Do You Know the Way to San Jose – The Best of Burt Bacharach and Hal David is a thoughtful and heartfelt homage to the chart-topping songs of two of the twentieth Centuries’ most well known songwriters.

Widely considered one of the most successful partnerships in music history, Burt Bacharach and Hal David began their collaboration together in 1957 after meeting in New York City's legendary Brill Building. Within twelve months, their songs had entered the U.S. music charts.  By 1961, following their collaboration with pop star, Dione Warwick, they enjoyed a string of number one hits. The duo continued to create music together until 1973, when they parted ways and continued to sustain successful solo careers, often co-writing with other songwriters.

With soaring melodies, unique orchestrations influenced by Jazz, Rock, Pop and Brazilian music, unsentimental, yet poignant lyrics, the award-winning music of and Burt Bacharach and Hal David is forever etched in the canon of popular music.
